How long does it take?
Most documents are delivered in 2–3 business days. Cover letters are usually 1–2. You'll get an exact date when you book.
Do I need an account?
No. You can book and pay without one. Creating an account just makes it easier to track your order and download your files later.
How many revisions do I get?
One or two rounds depending on the service — it's listed on every service page before you pay.
What files will I receive?
Every document is delivered in both Word (.docx) and PDF so you can edit it yourself later.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your documents and details are stored privately and are never shared or sold.
When are consultations available?
Monday through Thursday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern. Sessions are booked at least 24 hours ahead.
What if I need to reschedule?
Email us at least 24 hours before your session and we'll move it at no cost.
