Rossell

Media

The publishing division — education first, and the offer only if it is genuinely relevant.

Mission

To publish material that is useful whether or not the reader ever becomes a client.

Purpose

Most business content exists to generate leads. Rossell Media exists to explain — how a decision was reached, why a system failed, what the numbers actually said. If a piece cannot stand on its own without a call to action attached, it does not publish.

Future vision

A podcast, a research series, a documented case library, and community stories told with the permission and dignity of the people in them.

How it serves people

Anyone trying to understand a problem before deciding whether they need help with it.

What it holds

What Rossell Media publishes.

Podcasts

Long conversations about decisions people actually made, including the ones that did not work.

Articles

Written analysis published in the Knowledge Center, free and account-free.

Videos

Short explanatory pieces covering one concept at a time.

Case studies

Full engagement narratives — challenge, observation, strategy, solution, outcome.

Research

Small studies on how organizations of this size actually operate, published with methods attached.

Community stories

First-person accounts from the people the Foundation works alongside.

Editorial standard

Four rules the publishing is held to.

  • 01

If a piece cannot stand on its own without an offer attached, it does not publish.

  • 02

Methods are published alongside conclusions, including for research we would rather not have found.

  • 03

Client stories appear only with permission, and only in language the client would repeat themselves.

  • 04

Failures are documented with the same care as outcomes, because they are usually more instructive.

Published work lives in two places today: written material in the Knowledge Center, and full engagement narratives in the case study library.

Learn first. Decide later, if at all.

Everything Rossell Media publishes is free and account-free. Use it with our blessing whether or not you ever work with us.
