Refund and Rescheduling Policy

How cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are handled.

Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment at no charge, subject to availability.

Refunds

If a session has not begun and cannot be rescheduled, a refund may be issued. Once written work has started, refunds are considered case by case and in good faith.
